31.03.14 Bobby's has closed at Chijmes

Established in 1995, Bobby’s Taproom, Grill + Ribs [previously Bobby Rubino's] lies at one of Singapore’s most beautiful historical monuments : CHIJMES. This newly renovated and perennially popular restaurant has since been serving its celebrated flaking-off-the-bone signature baby back ribs, juicy succulent steaks and fan-favorite lamb chops.

Clients can now dine in Bobby’s chic yet inviting interior, inspired by the bustle of a Harlem jazz club and which features burnt-amber and blue LED lighting, chevron stone walls, custom oryx-horn chandeliers and warm iron-wood floors.

Menu selections involve hearty American grill-fare with Continental influences such as uber-tender prime ribs with our secret BBQ sauce, juicy steaks, delicious pastas and thin crust pizzas. Our trained staff will guide patrons through the new extensive wine list ranging from French Riesling to New Zealand Pinot.

Our wine-dining room combines the right amount of quiet elegance, fit for a business lunch and a warm cozy ambience, perfect for an intimate dinner. Guests can also chill in the architecturally impressive wine bar-taproom, equipped with a long spacious bar and comfy lounge areas, while enjoying rounds of ice-cold Guinness, Erdinger, Kilkenny, Heineken or Super Cold Tiger draughts and a game of pool.

Replete with a warm and friendly staff and a floor space of 3,918 sq ft, and 1,000 sq ft of al fresco, it is well equipped to host big corporate and private events. Our expert team of chefs and managers will make it their own to specially tailor the menu and party theme for a fantastic soiree for you and your clients.

Bobby’s is equipped with an indoor drop-down screen and projector as well as a larger outdoor drop-down screen and projector, as well as 3 plasma screens.
