Poole Associates has taken legal actions against Lee Hwa Jewellery [Aspial Corporation] for non-payment of fees for the design of Aspial Parkway Parade, Singapore. Poole Associates was represented by Drew & Napier LLC - Mr. Lawrence Tan and Lek Yi Siang. An out of court settlement was reached just days before the trial, which shall remain 'private and confidential' - as requested by the defendants as a condition of settlement. Perhaps it was embarrassing to them?

Poole Associates will not hesitate to take legal action for the blatant copying of our design concepts for Aspial, produced outside of the contract stipulated 11 locations.

All design work contracted under Lee Hwa Holdings for Aspial diamond boutiques remains the copyright of Poole Associates Private Limited.
