A Penthouse in Holland Village, Singapore

This renovated penthouse features all the requisite understated luxuries expected in a 6,000 sq. ft. residence. A dramatic two storey dining room was created from gutting all existing internal finishes down to the bare structure. Floor slabs and a concrete stair were revised to improve circulation patterns. A bridge with a glass handrail runs along the upper level of the dining room offering dramatic views below, as well as out over tree tops across Holland Village through a new two storey picture window.

Clean simple lines and extensive use of timber veneers offer a timeless look.
